Milford Road Postcard
Milford Road Postcard
This Milford Road Postcard from a great backyard captures the epic twists and turns of the road through the mountains of Fiordland National Park to Milford Sound.
One of the highlights of the journey is the Homer Tunnel. Hewn from granite, construction on this 1.3 km tunnel was begun in 1935 and not completed until 1953.
This large postcard, #68 from our collection, is sized 121mm x 161mm, making it the perfect size to write a note to loved ones back home while you’re on the trip of a lifetime around New Zealand.
We source high-quality card stock for our postcards so they’re easy to write on the back and the image on the front is protected. We’re proud that all of our postcards are printed in Aotearoa New Zealand using environmentally friendly materials which carry the FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) accreditation, and using only vegetable inks derived from 99% vegetable sources.
