This New Zealand Summer Postcard from a great backyard shows off the ideal of a summer holiday down under; a pōhutukawa tree in bloom at the beach, the sun going down over the ocean.

Known as the New Zealand Christmas tree, pōhutukawa trees are found around the coast of the North Island, although they have also spread to Wellington and the Abel Tasman region.
